Summary:
We are seeking a CEI Associate Contract Support Specialist (ACSS) to support our Orlando, FL office. The Associate Contract Support Specialist's position primarily involves assisting the Contract Support Specialist (CSS) in various aspects of the contract administration including monthly and final estimates, meetings, tracking logs, and computation spreadsheets. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Performing clerical duties to support project tasks (ex: preparation of contract documents, scheduling events and meetings with internal and external clients, performing meeting agendas and minutes, formatting documents and emails, and maintaining project files).
  • Assisting the CSS in conducting progress and final estimates
  • Assisting the CSS in entering sampling and material data in MAC
  • Assisting the CSS in processing construction contract changes
  • Working knowledge of FDOT procedures covering the project-related duties is required.
 

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Four (4) years of experience on FDOT projects involving construction of major road and/or bridge structure one (1) year of which as an Associate Contract Support Specialist or a Civil Engineering degree.
  • Final Estimates Level I
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
  • Detail oriented.
