Summary:
We are seeking a CEI Contract Support Specialist (CSS) to support our Orlando, FL office. The Contract Support Specialist position primarily involves assisting the Project Administrator (PA) in various aspects of the contract administration including monthly and final estimates, meetings, tracking, logs, computation spreadsheets. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Performing clerical duties to support project tasks (ex: preparation of contract documents, scheduling events and meetings with internal and external clients, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, formatting documents and emails, and maintain project files).
  • Conducting progress and final estimates
  • Assist the PA in entering sampling and material data in MAC
  • Assist the PA in processing construction contract changes
  • Working knowledge of FDOT procedures covering the project-related duties is required.
 

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Five (5) years of experience on FDOT projects involving construction of major road and/or bridge structure two (2) years of which as a Contract Support Specialist or a Civil Engineering degree plus one (1) year of related engineering experience on FDOT projects.
  • Final Estimates Level I & II
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
  • Detail oriented.
