Water/ Wastewater Project Manger
FT / PT / Temp

We are looking for individuals with 7+ years’ experience to join our talented and energetic team in the Orlando or Jacksonville, FL offices. An ideal candidate has design experience in the water and wastewater markets. We are looking for a motivated person to join our team to build our business with sales and technical experience.

The successful candidate must be able to perform related design/planning/engineering tasks in the water/wastewater market. Technical experience in utility pipeline design is required, process design a plus. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Technical execution and oversight of engineering projects, participation in project pursuits, management of technical projects, and mentorship and development of junior staff.
Independently perform and guide others on the completion of water and wastewater projects that may include collection, conveyance, treatment, storage, etc. of public or private facilities.
Experience in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and industry modeling software.
Ability to draft scope, budget and manage projects.
Minimum 7 years of experience in water/ wastewater engineering including design of pipeline infrastructure, process design and utility hydraulic modeling.
Bachelors Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Master Degree preferred
Successful project experience in the local market
Florida Professional Engineer License required or ability to obtain PE License in Florida within 6 months from date of hire by reciprocity
Proven successful track record technically
Professional in client management
Excellent communication and leadership skills
7+ years of total technical or Project Management experience, with at least 2 of those years serving as a Task or Project Manager leading and directing projects or tasks
Delivers scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety and profitability of all projects managed
Plans and manages projects with a wide range of value, with single or multi-discipline focus.
