Seeking an experienced engineer to serve as a technical lead in our Infrastructure Water Resources group. This individual will work primarily with water, wastewater, and stormwater projects and must possess good technical, mentoring, leadership, and communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the technical effort on water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.
Oversee the technical work of and mentor junior engineers.
Complete hydrologic and hydraulic modeling as project require.
Perform civil engineering administration duties.
Assist in preparation and delivery of project deliverables, design documents, and bid packages.
Prepare work assignments for project tasks including planning and organization.
Provide status and progress reports to project team, and management.
Any and all other duties assigned by supervisor.
Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Civil Engineering or related field.
Six or more years related experience. Graduate level engineering degree and coursework will count toward experience.
Professional Engineering license in Indiana required.
Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling.
Wastewater treatment plant and wastewater collection system design experience.
Drinking water treatment plant and distribution system design.
Long-Term Control Plan implementation experience.
